Preliminary Inquiry
In accordance with Section 12 GAEG 2008, the ASVK can submit a statement on inquiries submitted to the Commission before an application for permit is filed or a written notification of a planned project is made. The statement does not release the applicant from the obligation to obtain an expert opinion, but it must be considered in the opinion.
Necessary documents:
- Building description of the intended construction project including information on materials, colour scheme, etc.
- Photo documentation of the current building and its surroundings - in particular, the immediately adjacent buildings
- The plans (floor plan, views, sections)
- Other documents or means that are helpful for assessment
The documents must be submitted to the office of the Historic Town Expert Commission (by digital means, if possible).
The documents must reach the office by Wednesday noon before the next scheduled meeting so that they can be assigned to an expert in the following meeting. The Commission will make its decision in the meeting following the date on which the documents were received.
